I had to call Tech Support Mart for a problem that I was experiencing with my computer. I was fortunate enough to be connected with George Wilson. Throughout the entire session, George was professional, friendly, patient (and trust me, I am not tech savvy), and courteous. His extensive knowledge with my desktop as well as our laptops and Ipads was extremely impressive. By the end of the session, not only did he solve my problem, but also made all other computers/Ipads secure in the household as well. If I ever experience a future problem and I am able to, I will be sure to ask for George Wilson to help solve my computer issues.

I am extremely pleased to report that David has reconnected my stand alone computer in Richmond with Internet Explorer. David spent about 30 minutes on the telephone and was very courteous and polite. With great patience he found a way to reconnect me and he attended to a few other things as well. I am grateful and am happy with such a helpful service.
