Several weeks ago I had Gold Medal Services (NJ) install a hot water heater. During our many conversations they seemed anxious to do the job, were competitively priced, and customer focused. The installers did a great job and emailed me a invoice. The next day I noticed the invoice had the wrong heater manufacturer listed. I thought it would be easy to correct the invoice. Wrong over the next several days I texted the installer, left a voice mail for his manager, spoke with several customer service reps and chatted with internet support who all promised to forward my request to the billing department. The last call I made was to another customer service rep who guaranteed me that he would get the invoice corrected. Guess what? Yes, NO corrected invoice as of today. To me the invoice change should be a no brainer. Customer service and follow-up are very important. For my next job, I will think twice before calling Gold Medal Services.

Have you seen the Tovala prepared
MealsTV commercial featuring large portions of entrées and sides with great presentations that are very inviting? Our experience eating the meals for a few months is that the actual amount of food you get is about half of what is shown on TV.
The meals are tasty, cooked in the oven, are convenient, most come with sauces, toppings and/or salad dressing Each meal has 400 to 700 calories. Truth in advertising?

• Updated review

A recent Fios TV update to the user guide removed the option to be able to increase the font by the user. This makes the guide and many other functions very difficult to read for me and those that are vision impaired. Hopefully, Fios will address the issues with another update soon!

Recent Fios TV Update
• Previous review

A recent Fios TV update actually made the user guide and favorite channels less customer useful. The user can't increase listing size which makes the guide difficult to read for many that are vision impaired. Previously the user was able to add and delete favorite channels from a list now it involves finding the channel on the guide and clicking on it but that doesn't seem to work as described. Maybe Fios will address these issues with another update soon!

If you have a TD Bank U.S. checking account (like I do) and use Quicken on-line
And want to use the Quicken Mobile App (which stores data in the cloud) you can't because I was told today by a TD Bank tech rep that the Quicken mobile app is NOT supported. Imagine that, just plain dumb, so much for customer service! Like me, you have a choice between Quicken Mobile and TD Bank U.S.

STICK-UP cameras are not suitable for outdoor use at night unless your premises are well lite. For this and many other reasons Ring no longer manufactures nor sells them, I was told by Ring today. Word to the wise!

Hi Richard,

I am sorry to hear about your less than excellent Ring experience. I would, however, appreciate the chance to connect with you directly so that I can address your concerns further. Would you be so kind as to email me directly at Kaitlyn.rosenthal@ring.com?

I would appreciate your time as well as the chance to improve your overall Ring experience.
