MONEY BACK!
I odered tickets for Muse that never arrived. After a string of emails i got the following response.
Please accept our apologies for the ongoing delay with the completion of the refund. Our old merchant service provider keeps telling us the money will be returned to you soon. They cannot give us an exact date however.
We advise you to contact your card issuer and start chargeback proceedings to ensure the refund is completed.
