I ordered 2 pairs on April 12. They never arrived by the day they projected me to get them. I tracked them and they never left the UPS facility in Germany and there is no new projected day for me to get them. The package has been lost. I have made several attempts to contact customer service including 2 emails. I have not received a refund or any response. Horrible customer service. Buyer beware!
