Turned in a customer service request to get home listed. No response except a "Your request (xxxxxxx) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.
To add additional comments, reply to this email."
Well it's 5 days latter and no information or contact from a zillow rep.
Is this a real site with no customer service?
An automated response is not customer service, and not replying to my reply email as instructed is also not customer service. Hope to hear from you today.
