Ordered a set of windshield cowl panels for a customers F-150 that had been damaged by hail. Rock Auto sent the wrong set. The part number on each was correct on the box but inside the boxes was a set of cowl panels for a different model of truck. They refused to accept them as returns because I wrote the correct part numbers on the boxes and then charged me $29.95 to ship them back or they will throw them away after 5 business day. Absolute B.S.

Tip for consumers: Stay Away! Order from your local dealer instead. At least they offer customer service.
