The first year BCI Concrete serviced us was in the summer of 2014, the results were beautiful. We even recommended them to others. The sealing is only required every other season. I outreached the owner Terry Baker at *******532 in the early spring of 2016 for the follow up application. The sealer was still in good condition, so he suggested we leave it for another season. I followed up in late winter of 2017 for an appointment in early spring of that year. The estimate was provided for the front walks, back patio and area around the pool on 4. 13. 17 for $870.00. I provided a check in advance and paid in full in April. The check was cashed on 6. 6. 17. After the application was done, but we observed that it was cloudy. I contacted Terry to express our concern and he sent out an employee to evaluate who advised us that the product line had changed and he felt that was the issue. The concrete was buffed and product was reapplied; while better, it was not the result we has seen the very first time they had sealed the concrete. In the late winter of 2018, we observed that the sealer had lifted, chipped and left the concrete very cloudy and unsightly. I sent several videos to Mr. Baker citing our extreme dissatisfaction on 4. 30. 18. He responded, "Thats one of the reasons I don't like Rhino powder, I'll take a look at it when I get out there and we'll make it right." I replied that the Rhino powder has been used from the beginning as we needed to avoid slip and fall potential, and we didn't have an issue and that the application is supposed to last two years. As of May 10, there was no further interaction, I outreached again and he advised, "My lead man will look at it today and hopefully be able to take care of it." That was on May 11,18. He requested I phone him, when I did, he indicated that his guy felt as though 'someone' had put water-based sealer on it and that's why there was an issue. I affirmed that no one had touched or applied anything to the concrete except his company. He replied, It doesnt matter, I told you Id take care of it. As of June 6, there has been no resolve. I advised him on June 6 that if the issue was not resolved by months end, we would be taking our business elsewhere and I would file a complaint with the BBB. He never made the work right and stopped communicating. I subsequently have filed a BBB complaint and Im hopeful that by posting this review other consumers do not get the shaft from this imposter.
