OMG, I bought a groupon, got charged for it and still haven't received it. After several emails back and forth with Customer Service, they are saying I am not the name on the account, therefore, they can't help me. When I went to log back into my account so I could show them I am the account owner, they cancelled my account and I can't log in. My Groupon ended up in someone else's account. These people are criminals and I my money back. I do not recommend using Groupon EVER! I can't upload anything because they deleted my account for absolutely no reason!
