Literally you have to die to get off their automatic billing list. I've called, written, and done it again. Their underwear is awful. Uncomfortable, scratchy, barely fit... seriously overrated trash with a business model designed to confuse and steal your money. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

Furthermore, we would like to explain how the membership works. The VIP membership is only one of two options offered to customers upon checkout with their first order. Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent a membership confirmation email and reminder emails before the fifth reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchase.
Also, any customer is able to unsubscribe online, directly from their account or simply visit our online helpdesk ( www.adoreme.com/helpdesk) and follow the instructions.
To address your concerns, I took a look into your account and could see that you have been successfully unsubscribed from the membership on January 2nd, 2017. Therefore, there is no need to worry as no further automatic charges will be issued for this account.
Moreover, as requested, we have also deleted your credit card information from our database.
