I'm 50 yrs old. Feeling aches and pains. Teen age kids. Nope not how I want to age. Saw 3 free trail at" Tacoma I love kickboxing and I went and it's been changing my life. Amber and Jessica are so inspiring. I love the family feel and the genuine caring. So much encouragement
