“They send out wrong items and claim they sent the correct one. Liars!”

They falsely claim that the product they sent you is what you ordered even though it blatantly says otherwise. They refuse to send return label even though they sent the wrong item. Ring doorbell 1 solar charger is what I ordered and they send me the charger for the 2nd gen.
