In Feb we booked reservations in Cozumel Mexico for my sons wedding in Apr. and then the International Travel Restrictions were imposed. 37 Days before the date I requested my prepaid reservations be cancelled and requested a full refund but they refused and only offered partial credit for future reservations, like I'd be so privileged to get screwed by them again in the future. This company is head quartered in San Francisco Ca and they know the US Govt travel mandate superseeds their "company policy" on refunding my money. So you can be sure this company will also have their hand out for US Govt. bailout $ too, which means they will get paid twice and we the taxpayer will pay twice. Never deal with HotelTonight as they are double dipping the taxpayer while screwing the customer who has no say as to keeping the reservation that he can't travel to. Let's send them down the tube as they deserve.
