I ordered nearly $1300 worth of goods. Was unable to track on website with my order number, email and log in. I ordered 3 items, 2 of which are a set. I called customer service 12/16 and was told 1/3 items shipped. 2/3 items wouldn't ship until after 12/31, and item 3/3 wouldn't be in until 3/31/2022.
I was put on hold with customer service while agent called the vendor - I asked to cancel the 2 items that had not shipped because I didn't want to wait 3 months to get Dinner Plates while I had Salad plates. I was told I could cancel. Next day I am charged MORE than is on my invoice for the salad plates (although they supposedly weren't in until 12/31) and I was charged almost in full but overcharged but the dinner plates although just 3 shipped. I was told I could get the next 5 in MARCH!
Bernadette, the customer service rep told me Gracious Style was not responsible for giving me incorrect in stock date, or telling me that the plates hadn't shipped, even though I have emails noting my calls and saying I could cancel. So I have to chase down the overcharges with my credit card, deal with inconvenience of returns for order I cancelled (verified in writing by their agent) and for a partially sent order that cannot be filled until March 2022. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE-I woke up to 6 charges on my credit card, charge, then subtract, 2 overcharges that do not match my invoice. MESS
