Through Rahul's expert computer skills he was able to rectify a problem I had with my WD Passport. This exterior hard drive could not be accessed because it was locked up. Rahul was able to unlock my WD passport and get it running as normal without loosing any of my backed up data. He is a treasure and I truly appreciate his help.
