I had an order sent to an address we are travelling to and used it as my default.
Somehow the system sent it to my address where I reside.
I contacted Natura Market several times and finally was told I would get refunded... MINUS shipping and fees.
NOT OK.
I now am out $28.
I spend A LOT of $$$ at Natura for dietary needs.
NO LONGER will I give them business.
I am sure $28 is not a big deal to a large company for their website oopsies.
I was spoken to like it was MY fault.
After I emailed again and asked for my FULL amount back I received no response back.
Beyond dissapointed.
