I have been with Branded (previously Mintvine) for a while and got paid several times. However, they seem to have regular "glitches" which result in delayed payments. Now this is the last straw. I have more than the required number of points required for payout, but I have no way to cashout. The Redeem button has disappeared. I have cleared cache, cookies, and signed out and signed back in in a different browser, but to no avail. I have contacted support, but they remain silent to me. I have found a lot of reviews, even on their own site, from many other users experiencing the same problem. I cannot recommend this site anymore.
Please ensure these points were not going into your pending points total rather than approved. Branded Surveys does not remove points from an account after they have been removed, so if this issue reoccurs please let us know so we can investigate.
