I ordered several items from this site over a year ago and about $180 worth of my purchase did not fit (a coat and some jeans), so I returned them and my account was credited for a future purchase. Well, the next time I went to place an order I never received, so, after calling and inquiring about my order several times I was always asked to wait a little longer. My order never arrived and I eventually received an email from Beyond The Rack 3 months later stating that my order would not be arriving after all, but my account was never credited back the amount! When I inquired about that I was told to contact Consumer Protection!
