Ordered a knife so long ago I cannot even remember. Bout a month and a half at least. Don't u just love it when they tell u to call,. Then tell u no humans here,... then send u to chat (that clearly does not work), then email, and email and email,... and nothing. They fully knew they screwed up too many times to count and yet continue to just ignore u. This was from stephanie,. A supervisor that took me so many attempts to get to a human. Been through 3 different people who completely give u wrong answers. The first told me so delightfully,..."it's in shipping". And I would get a notice in days. 3 weeks later NOTHING. Called and tried to chat and emailed too many times to count,... ALL UNANSWERED AFTER SO MANY WEEKS. They state, "FULLY OPERATIONAL" WHEN THEY ARE CLEARLY NOT. Emailed and Emailed again and again NOTHING. After so many attempts I finally got Stephanie on chat. After lots of back and forth guess what? They made a mistake,... BUT HEY,. IT'S IN SHIPPING AGAIN AND TALKED DIRECTLY TO THE SHIPPING MANAGER WHO TOLD HER IT WOULD ABSOLUTELY BE SHIPPED TODAY OR TOMORROW. That was over a week ago. Also got yet another notice,... THE VERY NEXT DAY I TALKED TO THE SUPERVISOR,... and then I get another letter saying,... Item is not available and I must wait for the manufacturer to send it to them. WHY AM I TOLD IT "WAS BEING SENT TWICE" BY A SUPERVISOR AND THE SHIPPING SUPERVISOR,... AND WITHIN 24 HRS I GET THIS LETTER. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NOTHING BUT CRAP COMING OUT OF THEIR MOUTHS. NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. BUT HEY,... THEY TOOK MY MONEY OVER 5 WEEKS AGO. PATHETIC REALLY. NOW IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TRY TO GET THEM TO CONTACT ME. BBB IS NEXT.
UPDATE-It's very curious my many emails went totally ignored (not so nice emails for sure and they deserve it) but it's really funny,... as soon as I mentioned BBB,. Voila, I get another email offering me two other knives. AGAIN,. I am told (unanswered question again),. And cannot even give a ball park of when and these people (after all this) cannot make a phone call to see if it is even in production. GUESS WHAT,. THEY KNOW FULL WELL THEY DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT AND STILL GRAB YOUR MONEY,. KNOWING FULL WELL IT'S IN NEVER NEVER LAND. Now that I've uttered BBB,. They offer me another knife. And the worst part is,...(read the terrible reviews as this appears to be normal business for them),... people say they,..."do not refund and have much difficulty with refunding the money they grabbed months ago". Terrible company. Too bad,. They have some nice stuff.

So I call the second time in 2 days about where is my order I placed 15 days ago. First women said she would get back and absolutely nothing. But what is new here. So this women has so many inconsistencies in what she told me and was wrong each and every time I asked her a question. She insisted I was not charged as it said it was shipped (but never was) and explained that Cabella's "could (GET THIS) not keep track of each and every order that comes out of the warehouse and they just wait for the customer to call)AM I HEARING THIS CORRECTLY? SAY WHAT?!? I asked to speak to a supervisor. She told me it would take at least 4 days and more for a callback. Because I corrected her on all her wrong answers,. She said she did not like my attitude. I told her I do not like being told one thing when it is completely the opposite of what she is telling me. She than talked to her supervisor (the one that could not talk to me for 4 plus days,... that one),... and said it would be expedited. Now I read all the 1 stars on hold crap so bad Cabella's online service is. I was in the store and could have picked it up 2 weeks ago. I WILL BE RETURNING THIS AFTER I LET THEM PAY FOR THE SHIPPING. THEN I AM GOING TO RETURN EVERY PRODUCT (BOUT $500.) AND TELL THEM TO GO GET STUFFED.

NEVER SEEN SUCH IGNORANCE FROM ANY COMPANY IN ALL MY LIFE. RUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM CRAVE AS FAR AS U CAN. READ WHAT THEIR CUSTOMERS SAY ABOUT THEM AND U WILL SEE AND NOW I AGREE WITH THE REVIEWS ABSOLUTELY. THEY RE DESPERATE MONEYGRABBERS AND SLIMY THIEVES. I recently (what a goof for thinking anything had improved, it's really worse than before as with their desperation and with this experience) changed from shaw to Telus and that is when the nightmare started. Crave is one of the themes u can get w Telus. I phoned Telus to ask why I was not getting crave so I phoned them and they said to... go get sign up,... so I did. Unfortunately the rep gave me the wrong information and it was through Telus that I was supposed to sign up (an I already did but "sorry" is what they told me as I was already signed up but Telus messed up again and did not actually give me the service which led to lots of confusion. So I signed up on an old account I had w my email address,... then cancelled within 5 minutes after figuring it out. Now I get my bill for that one month charge. I phoned them twice and they ABSOLUTELY INSISTED,... I GOT THE SERVICE AND WAS NOT REFUNDABLE. I PHONED TWICE AND THE IGNORANCE OF THE PERSON I WAS TALKING TO (ACTUALLY 2 PEOPLE,... MARISSA EZ18717 PHILLIPINES WAS THE SECOND REP) WAS THE MOST IGNORANT AND INSISTED THEY WOULD NOT REFUND IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. I told her it was less than 10 minutes total FROM SIGN UP TO CANCELLATION and was a misunderstanding because I could not get any accurate information from Telus. STILL INSISTS,... NO REFUND! THESE PEOPLE ARE ROBOTS. FUNNY THING IS,... I SIGNED UP THROUGH TELUS FOR 2 YEARS. THANK GOD CRAVE IS ONE I CAN CANCEL AND I WILL ABSOLUTELY AS WITH THEIR MONEY GRAB, IGNORANTS, IGNORANT CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE WHO ARE NO DOUBT TOLD TO... NEVER REFUND ANYTHING FOR ANY REASON,... IS MY THOUGHT AS LOOK AT THE REVIEWS ABOUT CRAVE. JUST TERRIBLE,. AND THEY DESERVE EVERY ONE STAR THEY GET. SO THIS IS HOW SMART THIS COMPANY IS AND HOW BAD THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY ABSOLUTELY INSIST ON NOT REFUNDING ME FOR THE MISUNDERSTANDING AND THAT THE $11. THEY SLEEZED FROM ME,... IS WORTH ME DISCONNECTING ON A 2 YEAR OF CRAVE. HOW'S THAT FOR BRAINS!

The only reason I would give this place 1 star is because of their quick response. Other than...
