Very bad service. I dont recomend and will never use them again
Requested to change my return ticket but the agent on the first time took 45 min to check, kept asking non sense questions and in the end said to buy a new return ticket. Then i also tried on their online chat, it was very frustrate, they are not willing to help, they just do the basic and dont care at all. Conclusion, they could not change my return ticket and took over 40 min to check. Very useless. Next time will buy directly from airline.
