Avoid this company at any cost. Our flight in June was cancelled due to Corona virus pandemic and we tried to find another one but Polish airlines kept cancelling them because Polish country borders were closed so there was no chance to use our reservation with them. Travelgenio never reached out to us regarding our claim for a refund. Their customer service is non existent and all I keep getting is generic emails - it's impossible to reach them and get an answer. It's been 7 months since the flight got cancelled and at this point I can make a conclusion - THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! If there is an class action lawsuit against this company I would gladly join it.
