“I hate Fry's”

I hate Fry's. They don't give a damn about you, the customer. They make you jump through hoops and still won't allow you to return something that you erroneously bought. You talk to three different people (after waiting on hold FOREVER) and you get three different answers and still get no satisfaction. They have lost me as a customer!
