My pants did not fit. I want to return the bigger size and get a smaller one. It appears that my only option is to return the bigger one, but to get the smaller one i need to pay more (no longer on sale) and pay $10 shipping (order does not meet min. Requirement for free shipping). The pants are part of a matching set therefore I am kind of stuck with the increase

Order #1 so far so good. I was leery about all of the mixed reviews. I ordered an evening gown. It wasn't as gorgeous as the picture with model but I would be comfortable wearing it. It came folded in a zip lock bag all wrinkled. The construction was decent. The lace and satin was of medium quality. It hung nicely. No unfinished seams. I paid $88 for it. I think it looks like a $200-300 dress.

I chose a laptop on their site and chose to pick it up in the store. There was no store within 100 miles that had it. Then I checked to see just how much shipping wolud cost. That option was not available (turns out it was going to be discontinued - so no new orders). The salesperson pointed me out a comparable laptop but it was not stocked in the store but could be ordered to the store 10 days later. Uugghh! My current one is broken and I really need my laptop! I ordered. I got a Aug 23rd delivery date. I was praying each morning I would have an email that it came in early. I did get an email today. The delivery will be delayed... until September 13th! Are you kidding?

Everything is always great except the wait time for pick-up-in-store. Home delivery is kind of slow too but it doesn't bother me.

I finished a book on Jan. 22nd. When I put it in my cart, the pages became blank - at least 15 hours of work. I called the company - 53min hold - to be told that IT would have it fixed in 72 hours. One week later I called again and was told to please redo my project. Started the new project. When I was almost finished the pictures would not load. E-mailed printerpix several times only to get a response that they were sorry but could I kindly re-do my project. I still can not order my book and it's March 25th.
