Was promised $10 off 1st purchase with their credit card. Didn't happen. Called customer service twice. 1st representative didn't even understand the problem, 2nd one understood the problem but had no authority to fix it. Shipping charges are outrageous. If you qualify for free shipping it's limited to $15 and you don't get it automatically. You have to fill out a form, send back to them and wait 3 weeks. Great tactics to promise something that many don't have the time or will to do. Thanks woman within you just saved me $230.85 because I've given up on ordering from you.

Didn't execute order for $230.85 because I was given the run around for $10 that were supposed to be credited to the subtotal for opening WomanWithin credit card. Customer service couldn't fix it.
