This is the worst online shopping portal i have ever seen. I ordered 3 items and that too one month back and its not yet received. However the estimated shipping date in the beginning itself was too far from the date of my purchase. Now they have even crossed their own deadline without even informing me. Also be very careful when you are buying some stuff from Ideeli becoz if you want to refund the item back, they will not return your money rather they will store the same in store credit of Ideeli acct, so now u will suffer again purchase something from them.

Thanks for giving us your feedback here on SiteJabber. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with our site. The reason the expected shipping window is sometimes long after the order is placed is because we don't keep much inventory. Instead, we work directly with the manufacturers, who ship to us, and then we ship to you. This can result in a longer wait time than you may be accustomed to, but it also ensures a high degree of quality control, guaranteed authenticity, and our great prices.

From time to times items may arrive beyond the expected shipping window the manufacturer has set for us to expect them. There can be many reason for this issue but typically if it is an excessive amount of time, we will notify you via email. If that wasn't done, I do apologize and will make sure to pass this information along since you should have been notified.

In regards to our return policy, the eligibility for items to be returned is listed on the item order page. If the item is returnable you must do so within 21 days of the item shipping and we can either give you store credit or refund it back to your credit card, as long as a credit/debit card (or PayPal) was used to place the order. Any exception to our return policy might result in a store credit only return. When creating a return in your account, you are given the option to select refund to store credit, which is the default, or a refund back to form of payment minus $8.95 return shipping. I can also look into why you were given store credit instead of a refund back to form of payment and find out if there's any way the store credit can be reversed to your credit card.
