Absolutely appalling customer service…END.
Absolutely appalling customer service, I have ordered pair of shoes which has not been delivered once I contacted customer service team they said shoes has been delivered and they decided to close the case, they also told me to report it to the police as theft.
I spent a lot of money and also paid for a delivery, have been waiting all day at home for the product to arrive which has never happened. Once they conducted their own investigation with DPD they told me the driver delivered the shoes. Do they really think I would bother myself to contact them if I had my product... I feel very disappointed that Jasmyn Rogers took driver word over mine, when I am the effected customer who never received their product, as at the end of the day I have lost the money, therefore I want to warn all customers to stay FAR AWAY from END.
I can't help myself by mentioning the rudest customer service rep called BETH DOWSE which had a,, what do you want from me attitude "and tried to get rid of me by telling me to go to the police straight away,
Stay away do not shop from END. Online store! As you will loose the money and you won't get any help from their customer service team.
