They took my money and give nothing, do not believe those scammers.
They deserve zero star. I submit the problem, they said they can solve it, they they email me very silly question about how to open the file, they suppose to be experts. I knew they do not know any thing. They are a group of scammers, try to steel as much money as they can. Then, I asked them to refund my money, they refused, and send me email with there words "Why you are asking for Solution?
You don't have any Shame?" literally they sent me these word. I filed dispute to get my money back. I just wanted to warn other people to be very careful not to work with those scammers.
