WARNING! This company is a 3rd Party Booking Agent and does not deal directly with the hotel properties. I booked in March and while the stay went well and the price was fair I paid Amoma but the hotel property double-charged me. They have not received payment 2 months later from the company that Amoma used to book the hotel. And they will not speak to hotel. So they use all the paperwork to work with their broker. In meantime, I am spending time and effort to get this resolved but have nothing to protect me. The hotel says I am responsible for payment and cannot get in touch with Amoma as they will not speak to hotel. They work with their middle ageny. Totally frustrating and no way to protect yourself. So i have paid twice for the room!
