“Had to pay for return shipping for the wrong size dress!”

Ordered my bridesmaid dress from here and they sent the wrong size. It was too short, so I couldn't make it work. They kept telling me I was measuring wrong, but the dress was 10 inches off what it was supposed to be, so they just didn't want to admit they messed up - I then had to pay to return the incorrect dress because they refused to send a shipping label. Still haven't received my refund. If I don't receive it soon, I'll be forced to report to my bank as a fraudulent charge.
