Like others here, I signed up for a free trial. I entered the date into my calendar to make sure that I canceled in advance of being charged. When I logged on to cancel, it appeared as though I was signed up for a free version of the program and there was nothing to downgrade. When I looked for my payment info on their site I couldnʻt find it, nor could I find any upcoming payments. So, I thought I was good. This morning I checked my email to find that I was charged $500. Even after that charge, their site says Iʻm on a free plan and my payment info isnʻt to be found, nor are there any invoices on my account. Their website says NOT to dispute the charge through your credit card, and if you do, they will not issue a refund. I personally do not trust this company enough to go that route. I have found the same thing--the number available to call goes to some guy named John--the voicemail is completely unprofessional. I will be disputing the charge.
