The sales person insisted on the item that i wanted not being on sale. So I ordered the item anyway. Next day, the same item had a second one for 1cent. I called the sales person, a different woman at this time. She was not polite and agreed to mail out the item. The items were not of good appearance or quality. So, I paid a first class postage and mailed out all the items in one package. At refund, I noticed that the postage for the package was deducted making a profit for themselves while I could not keep any of the poor quality items!
