I had cancelled my membership TWICE and THEY still take money out of my account! I had to call and tell them AGAIN to STOP taking money out of my account! You don't have that right to take it out of my account anymore and I have recorded them the last time saying they cancelled it. I'm tired of calling you guys for the same reason over and over! I don't want to have to take it to the next step because I will. So please... stop wasting my time by calling you guys!
