After receiving my dress, I found it to be very bulky, not free flowing, and the sleeves were cap sleeves, not half sleeves, as their photos displayed. I wear a Size 4, but the dress was much smaller, (closer to a Size 2). The day I received the dress, I requested a Return Authorization. They replied with a request for a photo of the dress, which I then sent. They then refused, saying the dress was made as it appeared on their website and they couldn't justify a return or exchange. I will NEVER purchase from this manufacturer again. In this day, when so many suppliers are customer service oriented, JJ HOuse IS NOT. Please don't waste your money, unless you are certain you will love your purchase.
