I've never been so insulted by a company.
I ordered a pair of shoes well within the amount of time specified for shipping and when they didn't show up on time I started dealing with the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
Not only did they not respond for a month but when they finally answered my email, which was only asking what the state of the order was, they just said they were on vacation and that they had given me a refund.
I tried to explain that I didn't want a refund and that I just wanted the shoes I ordered but getting any sort of correspondence from them was maddeningly difficult.
Plus when I checked my bank accounts there had been no refund at the time they specified.
After MONTHS on condescending emails trying to figure out the state of things I was finally able to figure out that there had been a refund at a totally different time. They were no help at all in figuring this out.
Afterwards I still tried to get the product I ordered.
I asked if they'd offer free shipping or something for the inconvenience, like most stores do, and I just got an email saying that the shoes are out of stock now.
After 5 months of trying to buy a pair of shoes I was told that they are out of stock now.
They were in stock back when I ordered them.
They haven't offered anything to make up for the time or the inconvenience.
If you actually want the product you order, I wouldn't buy from here.
