I have made two online purchases from J Brand Jeans online and both experiences were terrible. In the first, the company overcharged me for MA taxes. I raised this issue both in writing and verbally with their customer service department and was told that there was nothing I could do. It wasn't until I filed a complaint through the Better Business Bureau did they refund me the amount I was overtaxed. My second purchase was for 3 pairs of jeans, 1 of which was on sale. I am a regular online shopper - I always check return policies before making any purchases. The only thing stated was any item "marked final sale" was non-returnable. Nowhere in my order, either on the product page, my email invoice, or the invoice in the box stated the item was non-returnable. When I tried to return the item, I was refused and told it was final sale. When I responded that nothing indicated anywhere the item's status, I received no response. Last but not least, their products used be made exclusively in the US. Now they are producing half their denim in China but there's no transparency as to where items are made on their site. This is the worst online experience I have ever had with a company. Terrible. Buyer beware.
