When i booked my return time for the car i booked 430. I thought it was 430 pm but turned out to be 430 am. When i got confirmation a few minutes later i called them right back and they told me i had to cancel my whole reservation just to change the time and when i looked again the car was gonna be more money, i asked to speak to a manager and the guy i was talking to told me never to call back again and hung up on me. So i called national rental car company and spoke to them and they changed the time for me no problems. CARFLXI IS A JOKE.
