Bought a pair of Louboutins on their website. I didn't end up liking them, and so I sent them back using the return label they provided. It was picked up by their "agent" the next day and now it's just disappeared from tracking. It's been over a week and no update. After I reached out multiple times to find out what the delay was, I was finally given their internal tracking that shows it just sat at some facility for a week before it was even sent back to their warehouse. Now it's in transit and I'm told it could be another two weeks once they receive it before I get a refund! What a scam! I've gotten better customer service from WALMART for f&cks sake.
