I stopped ordering from dolls kill for awhile because of the shipping issues... I always pay the extra for overnight however it NEVER happens! Well I decided to give them another shot, I ordered for overnight Monday morning 9am and I still do not have the item and when I track it has not even left the facility... I cannot tell you how frustrated I am with this company especially after I complained numerous times in the past... they just dont care at all about their customers and good luck getting them to answer the phone! When I first encountered this company they had amazing prices and quality merchandise, this was years ago. They have gotten so overpriced... why wouldn't I purchase it new? The last product I bought was a gucci belt and it was in less than stellar condition the belt itself was tattered(did not look like that in the photo)... I have recently read an article regarding the Real Real selling fakes this is completely disappointing but believable. The prices have become a joke, I really hope they will reassess the pricing and try and improve the quality of customer service.
