I've lost my and my sons flights because a terrible communication with this company.
I made an itinerary change request on my booking, by phone with Cheapoair. They sent me an email with the confirmation of this schedule change, but because they couldn't charge it from my bank, they never told the airline about the change. They said, they tried to contact me, but they never sent me an explicit email regarding or confirming that the change haven't been done with the airline and solve the charging problem. As a result I lost my plane and my money.
