Do not shop here.

We ordered 6 pairs of underwear. Shipping was quick. However, the ordered was so wrong and the company will not pay to ship it back. We encountered 2 major issues:

1) We received the incorrect size, but the company claimed that they were the 'correct' size. However, the sizing description on the packaging was different than their website. The website indicated that a large was 31-35" waist, and they even emailed to confirm what size we wanted, in which I responded, "if your website is correct, that a large = 31-35 inch waist, then yes I would like a large because I am ordering for size 32 inch waist". However the package we received said that large was 26-28" waist - way too small!

2) On top of that, the underwear wasn't even the correct style indicated on the website. Much different than what we ordered and definitely not what we were looking for. At first, the company said that it was my fault that I ordered the wrong item. However, a few emails later they then admitted that the wrong picture was posted and that they would change it asap. Yet, they still refused to give us a full refund and provide shipping back.

Now they will not pay for the return shipment, and I was quoted $141 from our local shipping company. They did offer a 40% refund, but I'm still not getting all my money back and still have underwear I will never be able to use. They did offer to send us 6 pairs of MEN'S underwear for free, but we are looking for WOMEN'S underwear. Plus, with the issues we encountered the first time, I highly doubt they will be the proper size/style anyway.

Waste of time and money to shop here.
