I ordered custom mug and a greeting card for my grandmas bday, the custom mug has been approved but the other one was not. They told me that they need to cancel the entire order, and send me the refund within 7-10 working days! Wtf! Now they told me to send another order and pay again. Poor system! Definitely not to use zazzle again.

I liked the invitations but didn't like zazzle putting marketing on the envelopes very dssapointed.
