We bid on a piece of "art" at an auction aboard a Royal Caribbean cruise ship and were successful. At the time of payment, Park West increased the price. After some discussion, it was lowered to the correct amount. The art was to be delivered by Fedex, however, on the day it was supposed to arrive, it was delivered to the wrong address. Fedex was no help and Park West didn't seem to care. They opened a so-called investigation and told us the Fedex driver would retrieve the art and deliver it to us. Clearly, Park West knew this wasn't going to happen and neither did I. When I requested they refund our money since we never received the art, we were told all sales are final. In short, we are out the money. We have since disputed the credit card charge and I expect we will not win on that one, based on other reviews I have read. Do not do business with what, in my opinion, is a scam company.
