The site is easy to navigate. They don't get their money quickly enough though.
So far, after 24 hours, there has been no update on my order status. It is still "pending". Paypal has gotten the money. Maybe I am being too harsh but I do a fair amount of online business and most companies have shipped within 24 hours of receiving an order.
