I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone hoping for a dependable security company that will make you and your family feel safe. There has been so many issues with the system, and I have only been a customer for around 2 months and I regret ever minute of service. Promotional credits for 3 months were promised, as well as a $100 gift card. The sales representative "Able Cendejas" & the District Manager "Terese Kent" are 2 of the most unprofessional individuals that I have ever came across, not to mention all of the other customers service representatives, and account specialist. I've been hung up on multiple times, no notations in the system of my concerns every time that I call. They "REFUSE" to allow me to cancel my service, and come pick up the equipment, even though they offer a 6 month cancellation guarantee with no penalty. My family & I feel very unsafe with ADT as our home security provider. If something so simple can not be honored and followed through with, and every representative has treated us like absolute garbage, why would we believe that they have our families best interest in mind. I have been on hold for over 2 hours at a time, and I'm even on hold with the corporate office while I writing this. I was on hold with the account specialist to get my service cancelled per their 6 month guarantee, when she randomly put the original dishonest sales representative "Able Cendejas" on the phone to tell me he never said what I was stating. WOW! The District Manager "Terese Kent" had guaranteed me that he would be taken off of covering my account, so I would never have contact from him again. "Terese Kent" will not answer my calls, the company will not cancel my service and I can't get any representative to do the right thing. They just leave me on hold to discourage so I'll just hang up. NO RESOLUTION! ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL! COMPLETELY DISHONEST! So much more has happened that I don't even have the time to write it all. DON'T GO WITH ADT OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!
Now I'm being told that the 6 month guarantee doesn't apply unless there has been a problem with the system 3 times or more. "ONCE AGAIN, COMPLETE MISREPRESENTATION FROM ADT, AND THEIR STAFF"

Do the research prior, this company is a nightmare.

This has to be the most disrespectful encounter that my family has ever experienced. So my entire family, including the guests I had brought on member day with intention of becoming a member as well get treated and talked to like absolute trash and this company can't return a phone call. My wife, and myself had filed a compliment with the corporate office on 8/17 due to our
Experience at the Hanford Ca location on 8/16, and after multiple promises of returned phone calls nothing has came of this situation. It is very apparent that this company does not take what has happened to my family serious at all. We will never return to any of your these locations ever again, but yet you will continue charging us a monthly fee until you get every last penny that you can out of us for the next 11 months due to the so called contract. Word of mouth is everything these days, and you will never get another positive review from my family based on how this whole situation has been completely disregarded. "Mila" is the employee who treated us like absolute crap, and the level of unprofessionalism that she had presented as a park lead was absolutely disgusting. FYI customers... Apparently at Urban Air if you pay for "Ultimate Memberships" or are a customer in general, you have to wait over 2 hours for your children to play on most of the attractions that are offered, unless you know "Mila" the park lead in the green shirt, then you get priority treatment and she'll open up the attractions for you while she proceeds to lecture the other customers and their children.

Tip for consumers:
Not worth the cost, don't waste your time and money.

Had originally purchased ultimate memberships for our family, but wasn't allowed to utilize to full potential.
