Poweriser has greatly disappointed me they first emailed me after my product should have arrived letting me know that their shipments are delayed and so will me delivery be. Disappointed because they broke they're promise of when it was suppose to arrive i still waited patiently because they promised me not only the product but also a full refund of the shipping cost after that they still did not give me the merchandise then i emailed them a complaint saying i no longer want the product simply a refund :( i then received an email saying that my refund would be processed within ten days... yet again they did not keep their word and i still have yet to receive my refund. I placed a complaint with paypal and still don't have my money please don't make the same mistake i have POWERISER WILL RIP YOU OFF!
