I joined them specially because of their strength training because my colleague said their training was really good and the mix of exercises optimize your efforts. So far it had been good, the good thing is you can ask trainers for their expert advice and they will be tell you much more than you expected and really guide you through the process and it comes really handy in situation when you are trying something new as I have just started power lifting and don't know much about it other than what I have heard or seen on TV.
