My friend had placed an order, as it was valentine's day and she wanted to surprise her mom. When tracking the order it'd say ready for delivery and it should reach before 9 PM, however, there'd be no sign of it, not even a call. So we decided to give it a day only to see the same message on the tracking page. Mind you, it's been 3 days now. We even tried calling but no one would take our call, very poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this website. Let's take them down together!

With the new rules in place and having to work from office, I decided to opt in for a car rental. I opted for their monthly plan which I found to be very reasonable, and am still continuing to use it. Would surely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a car in Dubai, especially during this situation.
