Ordered a an AC line, arrived quickly, didn't get a chance to replace it until 30 days had passed. Turns out it's the wrong part, looks right, their system says it's correct, but it is for a different engine, same truck. Now I'm out $53.00 and stuck with a useless part that they won't exchange because it's over 30 days since purchase. Avoid these clowns, crappy customer service even when they screw up.

The 30 days easy return policy has been specifically implemented for the consumer to have a comfortable time frame to inspect the merchandise for any defects or fitment issues. Unfortunately, products after 30 days return are not accepted back by the manufacturer.

However, let us check if any exceptions are possible.

I paid $285 for hood delivery and I was promised to receive it in up to 4 days. It took them 10...
