I liked a luxury bag as my birthday present and purchased it right away. As a first time buyer from Tradesy I expected an excellent fast shipping but no! The seller, who is a first time seller here waited forever like 9 days for the Tradesy kit to arrive! It was the day before my birthday when I finally asked her to ship it over night! She did but it arrived 2 days later. The item is fine. But the seller did not send the authentication cards! I am disappointed. This site has limited communications and low transparency. I had no idea from where this item is going to be shipped.

Nothing just sent a regular shipping label did not even had an express option.

We know USPS has been experiencing some delays due to limited staff because of COVID, so on behalf of the United States Postal Service, and Tradesy, I am so sorry that the shipping experience was not as efficient this time around. That being said, we have switched our main courier from USPS over to Fed-Ex.
