The typical answer from this company is no. No to everything you ask. They have zero desire in providing good, fair customer service. If they are out of stock you have to order online and pay for shipping and pay oversize charges bringing the price of the items up 30% higher. Complete ripoff. Vivian from customer service *******174) says buying online is always more expensive. BS. Buying on line is supposed to be cheaper.

Everyone should call the number above and tell them what horrible service you get.
