“Bad customer service”

Put our trash out this morning then looked outside and our cans are gone along with our neighbors. Called to find out whats going on and Waste Connections is no longer servicing our area. Would have been nice if they let their customers know. This isn't the only issue I've had with them. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Stay clear of them.

They have missed several pickups. Won't pickup if trash can is wrong place. Won't pick up boxes...
